Born and raised in San Francisco, CA Katharine has always had a natural affinity for seasonal cuisine. She has trained in both Paris and Mexico City at the Le Cordon Bleau. Her constant travels lend an international flavor and special quality to all of her dishes which always contain an element of surprise. Katharine wants to introduce new flavor combinations to every meal.
Paradiso’s food is simplistic and seasonal but always with bold flavors. Katharine currently lives in Berlin working as a private chef as well as on a farm in Brandenburg, Gut Tornow. Her goal is further the farm to table movement in and around Berlin.
